Sales Overview

The system is designed to be flexible around how orders are fulfilled.
Once an order is inputted, you are able to create related picklists, deliveries and invoices.

The full sales flow is summarised as follows:
Quote > Proforma > Order > Picklist > Delivery > Invoice

Only the Order and Invoice stages are mandatory, all other stages are optional.

You can have many Picklists, Deliveries and Invoices to a single order.

Quote / Proforma / Order Stage

When inputting an order into the system, you can choose the Type:
Quote: for sending prices to a customer. This is not a commitment to purchase.
Proforma: once a customer has accepted the quoted prices, this is a request for payment before an order is fulfilled.
Order: this is a commitment to purchase and requires you to allocate and fulfill the order.

You can input an Estimated Carriage into an order for your customers to see. However, no carriage will entered into an invoice until you raise a delivery against the order.
